Heart Art
Golden Bay’s Festival of the Arts
“Celebrating the diversity of the Bay’s
Arts community”

2010
Program
18th - 22nd January - Sculpture symposium at Milnthorpe Scenic Reserve
Another sculpture symposium is planned. for invited artists
As in 2008 and 09, the symposium will run for a week or so, with artists camping out in the reserve.
The event will be fully catered, leaving participants with more time to totally engage in their creations and facilitating social cohesion of the group.
As the 2008 and 2009 symposium was so successful with greater numbers to the park than ever before,
we expect this event and the following 'A Way With the Fairies' weekend to be one of the most popular for Heart Art.
• 23rd - 24th January -'A Way With The Fairies'

29th January - 3rd February - 'Luminate' festival no events for Heart Art at this time
• 6th of February - Mardi Gras in Takaka. Heart Art will not be involved in this event
